It's My Life

Sarah's POV:

I had spent hours just thinking about what Elma said; I was already going through a lot of stress being her, and now she asks such a thing from me.

I won't do what she asked of me, and if she tries to call off the deal, then we will both be on the losing side, as she also went against the court.

With that in mind, I was able to console myself. I checked the time, and it was already 9 p.m. Everyone must be sleeping by now, but I was hungry. My eyes moved to Elma's laptop, and I picked it up before going downstairs.

I placed the laptop on the couch before going to the kitchen, since it was very late. I simply made myself popcorn, then found pizza on the refrigerator and also filled a jar with juice before going back to the sitting room.

I switched on the laptop, and luckily it didn't need a password. I needed to take my mind off things, and luckily she had a Netflix account. The first movie that popped up was a Korean movie.
