Death Anniversary

Sarah's POV:

We hurried inside and found the old lady dressed in trousers with a big and thick jacket; she also wore a snow cap. "Grandma, what is happening?" Anthony asked with a confused look.

I thought she was not feeling well, and why was she dressed this way?

"What is happening and how?" she questioned before the maids pushed some suitcases out.

"I am leaving," she added, and I raised a brow. Wasn't this her house?

"My friends and I decided to go on a vacation, so I told the maid to call you to come back home so I could tell you goodbye."

"But the maid said you were sick." I butted in, and she frowned at me.

"Did she make you excited for nothing? You thought I was going to die, right?" This woman was something else; I decided to stay quiet.

"Grandma, you shouldn't lie that you are ill when you are not," Anthony said angrily, and she hissed.
