Sarah's POV:
"Mother, don't include my wife in this," Jacob said.
"Fine, the kid is ill, and Tasha doesn't have good living conditions; let him move on. I am sure Sarah wouldn't mind," she explained. Was Elma a magician to know that such a suggestion would happen soon?
"Sarah already suggested that."
"She did?" they both asked in unison.
"Yes, she is not an evil person. Just like Tasha, she also cares for John."
Oh my God, I had to repay Elma for such a fantastic idea. If I hadn't suggested it, then Jacob would have considered it and asked for my opinion, and I would have refused.
That would have made me look evil. "Mother, since you care so much about him, then let him move in with you," he added, and I chuckled.
Quickly, I took a step backward so they wouldn't see me. "Well, everything is in place."
Unbothered by their arguments, I walked downstairs and smiled at Mrs. Martinez.
"Good morning, aunt."
