A TRAP 1

If I had known how much of a bad idea going to a club was, I would have stayed back at the mansion, binge watched a movie series and enjoyed my chicken and chips. I should have suspected something was off from the minute Angeline took me to the club alone.

I had just entered a car in the garage. Angeline took the driver's seat. "What of the other bodyguards? Wouldn't it be better if we bring along another bodyguard? Y'know, just in case we both get wasted?" I asked, uncertain of whatever imstructions Mr Greystone had given her.

"There is no need for that ma'am. We are heading to a club close by. Still, if you feel unsafe, I can call in another guard for you." She responded like a robot. To an extent, I felt a little guilty because I had earlier doubted her capability as a bodyguard.
