The drive to the restaurant was quiet. Not the awkward kind of quiet but the peaceful, comfortable kind. Throughout the ride, I looked out the window, enjoying the view of the various places. Except for the splendid road, it reminded me of Lagos. It was busy with a lot of people doing different things. At some point, I caught sight of about two tiktokers doing a dance challenge at the side of the road.

Taking a picture of my gorgeous self, I posted it on my status with a love emoji for a caption. Immediately, I received a message from Fiona.

There were a lot of love emojis attached to the text. I was a little startled by the friendliness but I didn't find the message itself weird. She sent another message a second after.

' I'm at the restaurant. Where are you?'

I quickly looked around. That was when I noticed that Mr Greystone was about to pack the car. " Is this the restaurant?" I asked him to be sure.
