AUSTIN'S OFFER

Convincing Rowan to dress up so we can go to the mansion was hard. He was very good at twisting my words to suit his agenda. Soon, our 'civilized' conversation turned into a full blown argument.

Even as we rode in the car back to the mansion, he listen to reason. " I didn't say I was in love with Austin. You keep making up stories and twisting my words!" I yelled over the loud music he had put on to silence me. Calmly, like I was a nuisance, he increased the volume. "Arrrgghhhhh!" I screamed with all the strength in my lungs. I didn't care if I was disturbing any creature out there. He was the most frustrating being to exist.

When I tried to reduce the volume, he stopped my hand with his, holding my hand firmly before throwing a glance at me. He sent me a threatening look. Still, that didn't faze me. I tried using my other hand to reduce the volume but he stopped the car abruptly and faced me.
