Sol's words hit hard, like a brick straight to the stomach. Seeing Karuls head roll along the floor, people found thier hearts beating quickly in pure adrenaline.
The words of the boy felt like a threat, or a challenge of sorts.
It was a ballsy thing to say in front of a crowd in the king's courtyard, but no one could refute Sol's immense skill now.
Especially not after what he just showed.
Sol turned to face Raith and the others. He saw that Uri and the two kids were nowhere to be seen.
Raigor smiled from the shadows, 'I... knew it! I knew I wasn't wrong to believe in him.' He was delightfully surprised.
In the silence of the courtyard, Uriel began to slowly clap his hands. A smile stretched across his face.
"Well done, Sir Sol. You have far exceeded my expectations. It was wrong of me to ever doubt you..." Uriel was inwardly much more amused but hid his eagerness underneath his professional tone.
