The afternoon breeze ruffled the dried leaves on the ground, blowing Lily's hair gently. She didn't know if it was the wind or the way Raven's words came out that made her feel cold.

Lily's lashes fluttered; she didn't understand what she did that required her to be straightened out. She tried to struggle in an attempt to free herself from the firm grip, but it was a futile mission.

"Sss," Raven sucked his teeth when the girl tried to move. "Stay still, little bird," he ordered, leaning even closer, his figure hovering over the girl.

Lily gulped when she felt her breathing space invaded. She wanted to talk but also calm her beating heart, so it was too much of a task for her poor mind, which was now messy. Her mind even turned fuzzier when the forest mixed with fresh rain scent wafted to her nose.

"M-master..." Lily's voice trailed off, as her legs were about to give way.
