Currently the mayor, was now sitting with tape over his mouth, mumbled, struggling to say something with his hands bound together.

"Keep it low, your turn to speak will come," Shadow said, picking out a box of cigarettes and offering one to the man. "Should I make a tiny hole in the tape?" He asked with all seriousness, but the Mayor shook his body, trying to say something.

"Oh, don't smoke. That's a pity; you won't have anything to keep your liver warm in the afterlife," he tutted, lighting a stick and puffing the smoke in the air.

Old bat, who was watching Shadow play around with the man, sighed. "Let the man be, Shadow. He needs his strength."

Shadow nodded in agreement. "That is very true. I'll let you save your energy for what is to come," he said, taking a step aside.
