The next day, a conference was arranged as the city residents wanted to hear from Raven and also find justice for the murdered girl.

"Mr. Ryker, are you going to cover the truth of the innocent girl who lost her life while volunteering for you?" a reporter asked.

Raven looked calmly at the crowd that had gathered. "I wouldn't cover an unjust death, but I'll tell you that it wasn't done by my employee. I'll go to any length to make sure the culprit is brought to book."

"Does that mean you know who the culprit is?" another reporter asked.

Raven sucked his teeth. "It means I know that the real offender is on the run or even comfortably sitting in their homes, who knows? Not me."

"You're funny, Mr. Ryker," the first reporter smiled. "So, is the project going to continue, or will you put a stop to it?"
