Inside one of the rooms in Raven's mansion, Lily sat on the bed, her gaze fixed on the stars outside the slightly opened curtain. The moon cast a silver glow on her face, illuminating her worried expression. "The stars are few tonight," she whispered, her voice barely audible.

Raven's presence behind her was announced by the soft creak of the door. He approached her, his footsteps silent on the carpet. His fingers traced the curve of her neck, sending a shiver down her spine. He planted a gentle kiss on the same spot, his lips warm and comforting.

Lily's eyes remained fixed on the stars as Raven sat beside her, his thigh touching hers. "Are they now?" he asked, his voice low and soothing, as he joined her in stargazing.
