Thrust into a rotting house in a ghostly body, Adam found himself bound to a wailing baby: the body he should have reincarnated into. Confused and worried by the remarks of his snarky system about his heavily damaged soul, he began his years-long quest to recover his body. 

Armed with his mind, he'll educate the baby, watch him turn into a good youth, and weave relationships with this world's magical natives, learning their crafts and skills. However, the moment to choose loomed: Would he suffer as a ghost until he found an alternative that might not exist, or reclaim his life at the cost of the boy’s?

He was far from imagining how dangerous this world full of possibilities could be, prompting him to question everything he knew... Including himself, his sanity, and the hands that intentionally blurred this world's history.
