Kiera took a moment to fully digest my words. Pinching the middle of her brows, she opened her mouth and then closed it before opening it again and closing it again.
"You what now?"
When she finally managed to speak again, I found her looking at me as though I was some sort of lunatic.
No, I really wasn't lying...
"I can see the future."
"Yes, I heard you the first time."
"Then..."
"You're drunk, aren't you? What sort of bullshit are you spouting?"
"No, I'm not."
I lowered my head to stare at the cigarette nestled in my fingers. With a shake of my head, I flicked the cigarette away.
"Oy."
"....You did it too."
"But this is my room."
"Too late."
"Tsk."
I disregarded her and stomped my foot on the butt of the cigarette, extinguishing it. In the meantime, Kiera sat down on the chair next to her desk.
