Datou walked into the cave alone, and there was no movement for a long time. Maitreya asked Wei Laosan to call him several times on the radio, but there was no reply. I immediately became anxious and asked Maitreya if he wanted a gun to go in. , Maitreya said wait a moment, I said wait a moment and the Bodhisattva grass will come out, and we will all die here.
Just when I thought Maitreya was going to be shaken by me, I saw him take the walkie-talkie, and regardless of whether there was any reply on the phone, he said, "Brother, don't play tricks. I'll give you the time it takes to smoke a cigarette. If you don't come out, I'll kill you." The gun broke your shopkeeper, did I lie to you, you can try it."
After saying that, he pointed the gun at my forehead and said, "Second Master, your life depends on your guy."
I cursed secretly in my heart. He is indeed a gangster, and he is ruthless. I am afraid that he had already thought of a countermeasure when he let Datou in alone. Even if it were me who went in, he would have held Datou hostage and stayed. The coldness and suspicion of this kind of person have been engraved in my heart. Into the bone.
Almost as soon as Maitreya finished speaking, within a minute at most, Datou walked out. Wei Laosan went up to hand over his gun. Maitreya narrowed his eyes and sneered: "How could you give it up?"
Datou spread his hands: "If I don't come out, you will destroy my boss."
Almost at the same time, Wei Lao San on the side hit the big head hard on the side of the face with the butt of his gun, knocking him over. As soon as he staggered two steps to stop his decline, Wei Lao San pinned his foot on the chest again. I fell down directly. Just as I was about to move, Maitreya put a gun to my head and said coldly: "I know you people in Longshan Pavilion are very capable, but don't play tricks in front of me. This time, I will take it as a lesson. Next time I can't guarantee that nothing will fall off of you this time."
Someone went over and lifted up his big head. He smiled at me, and there was blood on his teeth.
I know what Datou must have done when he went in, but I have no chance to communicate with him now, so I have to deal with it carefully. Maitreya has lost his patience. If a person like him is destined to die, he will definitely do some crazy things before dying.
We were pushed into the cave. Inside was a stone room. Maitreya's people had already set up search lights to take a clear look at the situation in the cave.
After a cursory look, I was stunned by the scene inside. It turned out to be an altar.
There are many yellow and red strips of cloth hanging on the stone chamber, hanging upside down like bamboo shoots. A stone statue with its head covered with red cloth sits cross-legged on the top of the altar. Hundreds of large and small figures have been carved out on the wall behind the stone statue. There is a small jar inside the stone niche, and there are incense burners, yellow paper, candles, etc. in front of the altar. The most shocking thing is the large pool of dried blood in front of the altar. The amount of bleeding is huge. If the person bleeding is alone, Then this person was almost drained of blood.
Upon closer inspection, the altar is a huge lotus, with densely packed spells engraved on each petal. The stone statue above is even more terrifying. There are some small stone monsters connected to the lotus petals. The small stone monsters are strange in shape, and they all have no bodies. They seem to be Like those growing out of lotus flowers, surrounding the stone statue.
The stone statue in the middle has several arms on its body, just like the eight-armed Nezha. Coupled with the seeping red cloth on its head, it doesn't look like a god who protects peace at all, but more like some pagan evil god.
"What is this for?" I was interrupted by Maitreya's men, and I saw five bronze boxes scattered in front of the altar. These boxes were very old, and the locks on them were rusty, not to mention the original ones. The carvings on it were all messed up. I took a look and said, "The carvings on it are all messed up. Who can guess?"
I ignored him and looked around in confusion. Facing this stone room, I had a very strange feeling, but I couldn't tell what was wrong.
As I looked at it, I suddenly figured out that the problem was with the stone statue. I asked the guy to shine the flashlight on the arm of the stone statue. He pointed at it reluctantly. I asked him to switch to another arm, and I felt something in my heart. As expected.
The problem is not with the arms, but with the hands. There should have been something on the hands of this stone statue, some holding it, some holding it, but now everything is gone.
Judging from the shape, it is most likely to be some magic weapon, usually a bottle mirror or the like, but I am a little unsure about this strange stone statue.
There is also something wrong with the pool of blood on the ground. It is too new and is incompatible with the age of the surrounding environment. Judging from the color, it cannot be that old. The most likely cause is that it was caused by Little Japan at that time, but this brings about a doubt. If this pool of blood was left by the native man who helped the Japanese dig holes, then what exactly was he attacked? Didn't he leave here in the end?
I looked around. Since he had obtained something to restrain the Bodhisattva grass, there must be something else attacking him.
I was thinking about it when I suddenly caught a glimpse of Maitreya's people opening a bronze box. Before I could stop them, those people had already opened one of the boxes. When a few people came closer to take a look, they dispersed with an unlucky sound and cursed.
I also took a quick look and saw that it was a shriveled human leg. I was about to look away when I suddenly turned back. I frowned and slapped my forehead hard. Damn it, I suddenly figured it out. I know whose leg this is.
There is one question I thought wrong from the beginning. It was not only the native master who survived and got into the depths of the tunnel, but also at least one Japanese. I think the most likely one is the Onmyoji of the Japanese army.
I had basically ignored his existence until I saw this leg, and my mind suddenly recalled an old book I had seen by chance before. It was a book titled " How to spot a Japanese" pamphlet.
This thing can only be seen in the Qinhan Hall. The booklet has seventy or eighty pages and explains the characteristics and differences between the Chinese and the Japanese in a humorous way.
There are three points in total. First, you must look at the physical signs, secondly, watch his actions, and thirdly, listen to his words.
The second point is that the Japanese wore clogs at home before joining the army, so the big toe was widely separated from the other toes. Although the leg had dried just now, the toes were still very obvious, which completely matched the description in the brochure. , the owner of this leg must have worn clogs for a long time during his lifetime.
So I concluded that there was at least one Japanese who escaped that year.
Once this point was figured out, another problem was also figured out. All the cans in the warehouse were taken away, which did not mean that the native master had been underground for a long time. It might also mean that the person who escaped was not alone.
I gave a high-five excitedly, great, since it can prove that the native master is not dead, it means that we also have hope to leave here alive.
In order to prove my conjecture, I asked the few people just now to open other bronze boxes respectively. They were all disgusted and refused to do it. I told them that this is a matter of our life and death, so they must open it to verify it.
Chapter 51 Looking at the mountains
A few of them held their noses and opened the boxes one by one. The first four boxes contained legs and arms respectively. No need to guess, the last bronze box must contain the torso.
I frowned. This is the meaning of dismembering the body with five horses. First, drain the human blood, then cut the body into pieces. Finally, the act of sealing the body in a bronze box is obviously an evil and weird ritual. Who is this? What is the purpose? Could this be the way to resist Bodhisattva grass?
I cast my sights on the evil god statue on the stone lotus. If nothing else happens, the dried head we saw outside should belong to this unlucky man who died. I just don't know who took the head away and put it there.
But the object of this evil sacrifice must undoubtedly be the stone statue in front of me. Can the removal of the head be understood as a kind of destruction? Does anyone want to disrupt this ritual with a bizarre ending?
Could it be that besides this little devil and the native master, there were other people who escaped in the end?
Just when I was puzzled, I found that a few guys were eager to move towards the red cloth on the evil god's head, but their rationality still controlled them. Although everyone was full of curiosity about what was underneath the red cloth, The various mysterious events that happened along the way made them flinch.
At this time, the others seemed to have discovered something, and Wei Laosan called me over.
It turns out that there is a cave behind the stone statue, and a large number of murals are embedded on both sides of the stone wall. I took a miner's lamp and took a look, and found that these murals were actually spliced together.
The murals did not originally belong here. Someone cut the murals from other places and collected them here.
The mural is very grand, but incomplete. I asked them to light it from both sides to form a cross, so that the entire mural can be seen more easily.
The content begins with a record of a group of people. They traveled through the mountains, to the deserts of the west, to the South China Sea countries, and from the perspective of the mountain range, they also climbed the vast snow-capped mountains deep in the old forests of the Northeast. When I saw this My heart skipped a beat, isn't this the Cao family that my second aunt mentioned?
They entered the Central Plains from beyond the Great Wall, and then traveled far beyond the Pass. Their trajectory over hundreds of years was very consistent with the records on the murals. They were avoiding something and looking for something.
I was so surprised that the characters in the mural were actually the Cao family. Who recorded all this? Who brought these murals here? I suppressed my inner surprise and eagerly continued reading.
Unfortunately, there were gaps in the following content and it was not coherent. The scene turned and those people arrived in front of a majestic mountain. Someone in the team stood on a high place and looked at the mountain in front of them. Here the craftsmen adopted an "abstract" technique, with two mythical beasts, a dragon and a phoenix, like two breaths rising straight from the top of the mountain into the sky.
I walked over and took a closer look. The dragon and phoenix here were completely exaggerated. If we wanted to depict the mythical beasts realistically, the craftsman could have painted two more lifelike mythical beasts. Judging from the brushstrokes, this painter definitely has the ability, but he No, he chose to use a more euphemistic and obscure way to depict the dragon and phoenix, which means that they must have a more specific meaning, or even an ideal "form".
I couldn't figure out why, so I continued to read. These people traveled across mountains and rivers to many mountains and rivers. Whenever someone looked at the mountains, the painter would outline a "simulation" of auspiciousness on the top of the mountain. I gradually got a feeling, as if Understand the artist's intention.
He is depicting the world in the eyes of those who look at the mountains. The painter feels that in the eyes of that team, those mountains and rivers have "shape", "qi", "objects" and "state".
After I figured this out, I couldn't help but take a breath. What do you mean, these people can just look at the mountains and watch the weather?
I have only seen this kind of great method that is similar to supernatural power in ancient books. It is said that Yang Junsong, a great Feng Shui expert in the Tang Dynasty, had the ability to reach the sky with the hope of mountain energy.
This man is simply a legend in the Feng Shui world. Yang Junsong had an ugly face and protruding forehead bones since he was a child. He was an outlier in that era. Before he reached adulthood, he cut off his hair and went to Kunlun to live in seclusion.
Legend has it that he met an old man in the mountains by chance and received careful guidance. He received three volumes of yellow books from "Heaven, Earth and People". After that, he left Kunlun, explored Yu's cave, peeked into Jiuyi, floated in Shenxiang, traveled to Wensi in the north, traveled all over famous mountains and rivers, and wrote He has written several secret books that provide insights into the secrets of Feng Shui, such as "The Sutra of Suspicious Dragons", "The Sutra of Shaking the Dragon", "Apocalyptic Sayings of Qingsang", "Burial Method with an Inverted Staff", and "Thirty-Six Dragons".
His Feng Shui attainments can be said to connect the past and the present, making it unparalleled by later generations. He can walk among mountains and rivers, watch dragons for momentum, and observe acupoints for shapes. He can use all Feng Shui skills freely. Unfortunately, it did not end well, just like Guan Er. I was defeated and left Maicheng.
At that time, the Tang Dynasty's national power was exhausted, the princes dominated, and each region had its own separatist forces. The princes who governed Qianzhou were a military general named Lu Guangchou. This man had long had the ambition to dominate the world, so he supported his troops and established himself as king, known as King Lu.
It happened that Yang Junsong was in Qianzhou at that time, so King Lu asked him to divine the Son of Heaven for him. After Yang Yunsong divined, he instructed him to rebury his mother at the "Tianzi Ferry" (a very rare geomantic omen). According to legend, Zhao Kuangyi listened to others' suggestions and buried his mother in the Tianzi Ferry (treasure cave), which means that if the wind goes well, he will surely ascend to the world in the future.
At the thank-you banquet, King Lu asked Yang Junsong if there was any emperor's ferry in the world. Yang Junsong was also a fool, so he plainly said, "Eighteen faces at a table, the emperor can be seen in every face." As soon as he said this, King Lu immediately He was shocked. He didn't want others to get to the emperor's ferry and compete with him for the world, so he asked his servants to add medicine to the wine.
After Yang Junsong noticed it, he immediately took his apprentice away. Unfortunately, when the boat arrived at Yaokou Dam in Yudu, the poison broke out. He asked his apprentice where he was. The apprentice looked at it and said it was Yaokou. Yang Junsong lamented and said, " If the medicine reaches your mouth, you will die, so you must avenge yourself."
Before he died, he told his apprentice that he would install a water tiller at Moche Bay in Ganzhou and dig a well at the intersection. The young apprentice was puzzled. Yang Junsong said with his last breath, "A water tiller at Moche Bay is to be installed and a single fight will be carried out on King Lu's back." A well was opened at the crossroads, and King Lu hanged himself. Feng shui takes turns, and there is no treasure land that reaches the sky. Feng shui complements each other. When he dug a well at the location designated by him, he destroyed the "Emperor's Ferry" in Ganzhou and suppressed Lu Guangchou based on feng shui.
The young apprentice obeyed. A few years later, King Lu really developed carbuncle on his back. The pain was unbearable and he hanged himself.
It is such a semi-immortal who possesses the great Feng Shui skills of heaven and earth, and only knows the Wangshan Qi. How can he not be surprised when he appears in the group of people in the mural at this time.
Wangshan Qi, except for the legendary Yang Junsong, no one can confirm that he has ever possessed this kind of magic. Strictly speaking, this is so bizarre that it is more like something from a ghost.
Are these people really the ancestors of the Cao family? Can you look at the mountain atmosphere, observe the feng shui of heaven and earth, and receive the meaning of the underworld at a glance?
