"How did I end up here?" Zahra mumbled, her lips trembling.
She curled into a ball inside the pitch-black chest, closing her eyes tight so that she wouldn't see the darkness she feared.
However, she didn't know the reason behind her fear.
"What they said is the truth. You're not my real daughter," Aziel's voice resonated in her head.
That was his reply to her questions.
"Couldn't he lie to me? Like he did all these years. If he said those people were lying, I'd willingly ignore all the evidence against him and willingly run away from every single country or city; from the truth. He was everything I had," she murmured, her voice cracked as tears ran down her eyes.

"Dad, I met some weird people. They say that I'm some princess and that they are my real family. It's not the truth, right?" Zahra asked Aziel, her eyes filled with trust as she smiled at him.
