Neil and Kai were escorted to a room where guards placed ankle monitors on them to track their movements when they ventured into the city.
Neil didn't even flinch as a tracker was inserted inside his arm along with the ankle monitor. After all, he was a dangerous convicted murderer, the military didn't want to take a chance with him escaping_which they believed it would be impossible with them tracking him. But Neil thought it wasn't, if all the things he had payed for were arranged as planned.
"Good morning, Wayner," greeted Jason, casually leaning against his car and smoking outside the prison yard, which was heavily monitored by security cameras. Despite Jason's mocking tone, Neil paid him no mind and stood beside him with the red-haired boy who always trailed after him.
