Just a day

Abe's eyes snapped open, he stared at the ceiling as he slowly filtered out the nightmare out of his memories.

Cold air blew out of the air conditioner onto his face, the rest of his body was covered under the duvet.

He wondered how he hadn't roughed everything up while sleeping.

The nightmare was new, and was different in so many ways. Though it was cruelly repetitive like some he had before, it was still different.

Abe couldn't pinpoint how it was different, and he wasn't going to dwell on it.

He groaned as he tossed the duvet aside, finally getting up from the bed. He adjusted his morning wood in his boxers, his bladder ached.

He pulled the curtains aside as he walked to the bathroom, letting the rays of the sun into the room.

After emptying his bladder, washing his face, and brushing his teeth, Abe walked out of the bathroom.

He switched off the air conditioner as he walked up to the wardrobe.

He picked out some sports wear and put them on.
