"Actually, I only do a moderate amount of exercise."  

The first words that came out of Randolph's mouth were the truth. Or rather, he probably did less than what could be considered moderate in their eyes.

"What do you mean?" But his words provoked a reaction from Billy who immediately frowned.

The other men of the group – along with Swaine – only looked at him confusedly. It seemed like only Billy had caught on to what Randolph was trying to imply.

"I meant exactly what I said. I can lift that much, but I didn't put in as much effort as you did."

Billy's frown only grew deeper upon hearing the young man's words.

"I was hoping you wouldn't say that." He let out a resigned sigh as he leaned back into his seat.

"…?" Seeing his friend's disinterested attitude, Swaine gave him a curious glance.
