"Do you know why you lost,…no, well it's your greed. I mean I heard that you had an addiction to wealth and power but to risk your own safety for this. I mean to use impure mythril for your own armor. The fuck is wrong with you. Tsk… I really want to end your pitiful life buuuuut, I wanna see what he does to you if he survives that is. Anyway you're losing a lot of blood. I don't see you surviving this. Not that you'll be much of a problem if you survive this. See you never Operandi." Damian said, getting up.
He took his gas mask and as he was putting it on, he let out a heavy cough. "Fuck." he muttered as he put it on. Then he walked away.

In a training ground filled with bodies, two figures are seen to be fighting with all their might. It was Marvos and Doryan.
Doryan sent a low swipe a Marvos, forcing him into a jump. Doryan immediately followed up with a heavy kick to Marvos' stomach pushing him back.
Taking a look at the both of of them, one could tell that this was less of a fight and more of a beat down. Marvos' body was littered with cuts both deep and shallow whilst Doryan looked like he just walked out of a bath.
Marvos looked at the nonchalant Doryan, realizing that he was being played. He let out a huff as he summoned two large [Undead hounds]. 'Distract him' he commanded as he summoned two [arms of the forgotten].
Doryan casually dodged the hounds as he watched Marvos. He decided to allow Marvos scheme. 'Might make this a little fun.' he thought.
Marvos watched Doryan from the corner of his eye. Realizing that Doryan had decided to wait for him, Marvos clenched his fist. He summoned the arms and summoned two blades. He held the two swords, rusted looking with their signature aura surrounding them. He pulled them from the ground then as usual he allowed himself to fall back into his conscience, allowing his body move on instinct.
Marvos kicked off the ground, launching himself forward. He reached Doryan in the blink of an eye. He sent a scissor slash at Doryan's neck Doryan swiftly moved back only for Marvos to swiftly pivot on right leg pushing himself forward with his leg, ignoring the sharp pain he felt from the scar. He moved in a curve, kicking up some dust effectively blocking Doryan sight for a while and allowing for the hounds to clamp on his leg.
Marvos now behind Doryan sent a slash at his head, hoping to behead him. Almost nonchalantly, Doryan broke out of the trap and jumped forward, dodging the normally fatal strike. The moment he landed however, two forgotten arms burst out each with a sword.
They slashed at his legs. He jumped, dodging the attack only to be hit with a spartan kick from Marvos. He flew back, hitting a wall hard only for one of the hounds to dropkick him and another giving him a vicious headbutt.
He coughed out spit as he felt bile rise up his throat. He rolled to the side dodging a thrown sworn which lodged deeply into the wall beside him. He immediately tripped causing him to lose his bearing. Before he could stabilize himself, a blade lodged into his head, 'killing' him.
Marvos didn't waste a single second, the moment he had gotten the 'kill', he ran towards the gate hoping to escape before the crazy bastard woke up. He wasn't even halfway to his destination when he heard a scraping sound and a wall of blue flame appeared in front of him. He jumped back then turned to see a now alive Doryan.
The blade of Doryan's spear was covered in blue flames and he approached Marvos, a serious look on his face. "I really want to kill you now. Getting stabbed in the brain is very painful. Usually takes a while to wake from but for some reason it was really easy to do so today but it still HURT."
Doryan didn't give Marvos a second to think before attacking him. All Marvos could do was blink before he felt searing pain in his hand. He looked down and saw that his from his shoulder down nothing was there. "AAAAAAHHHHHHH!"
Marvos went on his knees clutching his stump with was burning with blue flame he could fell the heat. It was so hot it felt cod yet it didn't move, it didn't spread. He could only scream in pain as his opponent approach. He could see the disdain in Doryan's eyes. He could see Doryan raise his spear, he could only watch as he saw his death. He did not have the luxury of closing his eyes as his eyelids had been cut off. He watched as the spear fell… then time stopped, the world becoming gray.
"This is the last time I meddle in your business. Be grateful that Lord Death finds you amusing do not disappoint." A familiar jackal headed dog said as he touched Marvos' chest, inscribing a spell unto the grimoire. He the touched Marvos' head transferring the spell into his subconscious temporarily. "That should keep you alive for a while. [I regect a second to his death]" He commanded before vanishing.
.…he could only watch as he saw his death. No this wasn't his death. He felt it, he felt them, the souls of the dead around him. They were not gone they were still waiting to be sent away. They were what he needed. He called…no…commanded and the answered. They flew into his chest he felt himself brim with power before he released it. [Wail of a banshee]
The sonic scream released from Marvos threw Doryan away shaking not only his body but his very soul. He got up disoriented not knowing his left from his right, but he knew his front. He watched in amazement as all the damage he had done to his opponent was reversed. He watched as Marvos' eyelids regrew, his cuts vanish and his arm grew back, leaving scars in their wake. "Impossible, wounds from hell stone don't heal and hellfire doesn't quench." Doryan whispered in shock.
He couldn't even find his spear and he could feel the power hidden beneath Marvos skin begging to be let out and for the first time in ages, Doryan feared death. Only for it to vanish a second later and Marvos collapsed to the ground behind him, was warlord Damian. "Wow, this kid's dangerous. I like him. Alright Doryan we're done here let's come back later to finish up." Damian said as he walked away.
"The boy?" Doryan asked
"Let him be, I find him to fascinating to keep. Besides, he seems to be more fun if free."
Doryan stumbled as he followed Damian, not bothering to search for his spear.

Marvos groggily got up his mind fuzzy as he tried to go through his memories. All he remembered was power, the spell yet he forgot how he did it. Then he remembered darkness. "Fucking hell" He muttered to himself as he got up. He looked around seeing no signs of Doryan, he stumbled towards the still opened gate towards the mountains. As he left he saw a blue glow trapped under one of the doors. He pushed aside the door revealing Doryan's spearhead. He immediately took it then continued his journey.
**********
Marvos was met with a pleasant surprise when he stumbled unto the cliff overlooking Orbious. He had wanted to see how the land that had tormented him for so long looked like burnt to the round. Now he was met with the sight of Operandi hunched and barely breathing.
Marvos summoned a sword as he walked towards Operandi and before the warlord could react, he cut of his head.
##############
On another cliff, Damian watched the scene, a disappointing look in his eye. "So anti-climatic." he sighed as he walked off
##############
Marvos relished the feeling of power as he absorbed Operandi's soul. "Haahhh, thanks for that. I made a promise to myself y'know. I said I'll kill you myself. I'm not one of those warrior types who kill only when it's their fight. That type of mentality will kill you. So, I think I fulfilled my promise. I'm off to see the sun now. See you in the underworld hopefully not anytime soon."
Marvos walked away from the corpse of his tormentor, from the ruins of his prison, from the darkness of Orbious and stepped into the light.
