I. Vaporization.
Being a Ghost-type Pokemon, they are inherently ethereal, able to ignore most moves. Now combined with spatial ability, Glutton can make itself even more intangible, keeping its body in a transitional state between reality and different space.
Not only General Series and Fighting Type skills, but even Fire Type, Water Series, Electric Series, and other attribute spirits' energy attacks are easy for it to evade, as long as they aren't precisely locked on to it.
With its spatial talent boosted by Mega Evolution, as long as the opponent's knowledge in space does not exceed its own, achieving a 100% evasion rate should not be difficult.
Even if Eevee uses Future Sight, and Monferno attacks with extreme speed, they would still find it very hard to catch.
The downside is, it might expose its true form when attacking.
II. Devour.
It could directly connect the different space within its body to the actual different space, then devour the enemy's moves into its own internal different space to exile them or return them to the enemy through teleportation, the latter being a lower-grade version of Return Fist.
It can devour any moves 100%, thus preventing the enemy from damaging its true form.
The downside is that Glutton has a limit to the moves it can devour.
If it's attacked by a Pokemon weaker in strength than Glutton, it can continue to devour indefinitely, rendering the enemy's moves completely ineffective against it, achieving an invincible state.
But if the opponent is stronger than Glutton and their attacks contain a great amount of energy, the devouring might cause its internal different space to expand, leading to injury.
That is to say, the strength of this move entirely depends on Glutton's capacity for devouring.
In other words, it treats the enemies' energy attacks as food, if you can't feed Glutton enough, it becomes invincible, but feed it too much, and it's a goner.
Of course, such a Glutton is not absolutely invulnerable.
Remaining in a state of Vaporization would prevent the enemy from hitting it, but it also can't attack, and once it attacks, Pokemon with strong predictive ability and agility like Eevee and Monferno could find an opportunity.
Moreover, with the move Devour, simply causing Glutton to burst by overwhelming it with moves is possible, though difficult, there is still a chance.
Additionally, close combat is an option, during Devour, Glutton can't actively attack and can only use the enemy's moves to attack. But with moves like Fire Punch or Flame Kick, Glutton won't be able to return them.
While it can limit the enemy's movements with the effects of Devour, it can also be easily thrown off by the force exerted by other parts of the enemy's body, creating opportunities to be capitalized on.
In summary, these two techniques, although non-attacking and with weaknesses, undeniably make Glutton a more troublesome foe. Even for the likes of Eevee and Monferno, it's extremely irksome...
These abilities can work with so many tactics that enemies unaware of its capabilities might easily be taken out without caution.
"Bwoo!! (Just this much, I'll fight again once I restore my strength.)" Eevee turned and left, having found a solution, but its current strength was not sufficient to execute it.
"Aaah!! (Come on, let's try out my power with five gates open!!)" Monferno wanted to attempt using brute force and speed to break through cunning tactics.
"Booh...!! (Milotic, let's go for a walk.)"
"Blublublublublub... (I'm off to cook.)"
Eevee and Monferno were left with complicated feelings.
Regardless, fighting against Glutton was bound to become a troublesome affair in the future.
And, this was just the second day after Glutton had digested the Platinum Bead Fragment.
What's more, once it perfects the Subspace Cleavage Technique and can attack with Space Blade, wouldn't it become even more monstrous??
"This is the effect I wanted."
"Spatial ability, it should be used just like this..."
Fang Yuan, watching from the second floor, was very satisfied with Glutton's improvement.
Vaporization and Devour nearly made Glutton unbeatable.
However, the names of these two techniques were not very appealing...
As they were god-level capabilities, he decided to uniformly name them "Divine Presence."
