So a man is very close with Dao's that are related to hunting or food gathering, reproducing, and death. It may differ on how you interpret them from person to person but the base is the same.

The profound yin sect and yin-yang palace focus on reproduction or at least the act of it but it is formulated from a women's perspective.

Women choose who they want to have a baby with the hope of protection in her weak state so this made the inheritance focus on charming or seducing the man into staying with her.

This brought the limitations dual cultivations have in that it limits the people that you could cultivate with and even if some allow multiple partners they have downsides.

Now dual cultivation can't be thought of without this limitation of Dao companions.

The male perspective on the other hand is the opposite of this in that males try to have as many sex as they can without being tied to one woman to raise the chance of his blood survival.

The Heavenly Dao Foundation establishment is an elusive subject that has been debated by many. It is essentially the resonance that happens between a specific Dao of the world and the spirit, mind, and body.
