Once she was out of the office, Amelia walked straight to the skinny receptionist sitting behind the table.
"Why didn't you tell me?" She asked, glaring at the man who looked twice his age but he was just twenty-five.
"Te…tell….you….what, miss?" He stuttered adjusting the huge glass on his face.
"Why didn't you tell me my father had important guests inside before I walked in?" She asked.
"I….I…" his stuttering annoyed her.
"You what? I told you to always remind me when my father is with an important guest but you did the opposite of it today. Why didn't you tell me about his guests?" She demanded again.
The man stared at her and opened his mouth wondering what he was going to say.
He did not know how to put it, how to remind her again she was the one who said he should not bother her with petty things.
