By passing the trials of the Ancient Realm, humans from Blue Earth could begin their journey as cultivators and enhance their strength.

With their newfound power, humans were able to push the Shataki back, but the battle was not as simple as they thought.

It was then they learned their enemies were not bent on destroying their world but were searching for something.

What was it? No one knew.

But then, in a small city, a boy was betrayed by his girlfriend and was killed, allowing a new soul to enter his body.

The arrival of this new soul would change the fate of both Blue Earth and the Ancient Realm as many secrets began to unravel.

"You must be the outsider," a man shouted furiously from the side. "You killed my family."

Covered in blood, he pointed his heavy broadsword at Caleb Li.

Looking at the middle-aged man, Caleb Li was stunned, his mouth slightly agape.

The furious man was, of course, Patriarch Fu of the Fu clan.

All the men on the wall looked at Patriarch Fu with wide eyes as he readied to attack. Compared to the fury he had toward the Dark Beasts, his anger toward Caleb Li had shot through the roof.

"I'm going to kill you today," he shouted and jumped toward him, swinging his sword in an arc.

"Patriarch Fu, stop!" The guard commander shouted in panic, trying to stop this madman from causing havoc on the line.

However, Patriarch Fu had already lost all sense of reason, and the only thing in his mind currently was to annihilate the demon that killed his family.
