With their newfound power, humans were able to push the Shataki back, but the battle was not as simple as they thought.

It was then they learned their enemies were not bent on destroying their world but were searching for something.

What was it? No one knew.

But then, in a small city, a boy was betrayed by his girlfriend and was killed, allowing a new soul to enter his body.

The arrival of this new soul would change the fate of both Blue Earth and the Ancient Realm as many secrets began to unravel.

He nocked his bow with an arrow and pulled the bowstring. He held his breath and let the arrow sail.

The moment the arrow disappeared from his bowstring, James Fox sensed an impending danger.

Every fiber of his body was screaming of imminent danger but couldn't detect where the danger was coming from.

'I need to retreat!' He shouted in panic in his heart.

Just as he had that thought, an arrow pierced the air and appeared right in front of him.

In a split of a second, his heart stopped beating.

He was sent flying backward, and what followed was the miserable cry of agony that escaped from his mouth.

All the audience sucked in a cold breath when they heard Fox's cry of agony. It was a cry that came from the depth of his soul.

All the students still in the battle had a cold shiver run down their spines.
