Chapter-20: Fair Game challenge

"Good" The lecherous man was quite glad after seeing him accept his plans.

Then he looked at Ashmus and said," You got some nerve to humiliate us Darkmoons right in our face. "

"No one has been this rude to us like you before. All those, that dared to do it, they died in the next second of saying these type of words."

"Since you are still alive untill now, even after your offence, you should have no regret even if you die now."

"Huh! What are you talking about? When i ridiculed that cross dresser, you are also one of the people who had laughed. What fucking rights do you have to criticize me for what i do..... Hah? Fucking idiot....." Ashmus didn't buy his words and also shouted at him.

The lecherous man's breathing stopped for a bit. He was quite embarrassed right now after giving that fearful speach.

He garnished his teeth and said to Ash," Boy, you are quite annoying. Are you begging us, so that we can give you a painful death when killing you."

"Hehehe... Since i am going to die anyway, i should atleast vent my inner feelings on you. And since I'm not strong enough to vent with my strength, then i can do it with my words." He said without a change of his expression.

"So, you are saying, this is not fair for you." The person said again.

"Are you trying to say this is fair? You are ridiculous. You are going to fight me in groups even though you are stronger than me."

"Hahahaha... There is nothing like fair and unfair in this world. You are saying this because you are weak. If you were stronger than us then you wouldn't be saying these type of words to waste time."

"There is only strong and weak in this world of cultivation. If you are weak, you can do nothing in here, but if you are strong enough, then there is almost anything you can do in this world."

"This is strong eat weak world. If you are not strong, then you deserve all the rights to die." The person said with a deep look.

"You were just born in a better place than us. Tou had the resources to cultivate and grow stronger and now, you look down on the weak. Do not forget that once, you were also one of these weak people."

"And i know that there are more fortunate people than you people in this world, who are grown in a excellent environment for cultivation. I bet, they are all stronger than you." Ashmus said.

"And the ones, who were born in a better place than me, they had more fateful than me. It's all a play of Fate and destiny. And destiny has written that you guys will die in this place." The lecherous man laughed at contempt.

"Fate and destiny.... Huh?" Ash said in a pondering expression. He felt like he had grasped something precious but it soon disappeared into nothingness.

But he didn't have the time to think for much longer. The man continued," Since you think this is unfair to you, why don't we play a game."

"What kind of game are you talking about?" Ashmus asked.

"It's simple. You said that it was unfair, so i will make it a fair game for you."

"I will send only one person to fight with you. And if you can defeat him, then you will have to fight again someone stronger than the last one."

"And we will continue this untill you aren't able to fight no longer. So, what do you think? Do you want to play this 'fair' game." The person asked in a anticipating tone.

Ash narrowed his eyes and said," why do i have to go by whatever words you say? If I am destined to die here, why should i choose to die in this agonising way?"

The man smiled dangerously and said," Because if you win a fight, i will give you a antidote. With every single fight you win, you will get a single dose of antidote."

"Antidote for what?" Ashmus asked in a confused tone.

The blue haired girl, who was also listening to their words realised something and hurriedly took Eira, Luna and Nabia with her and moved away from the group of villagers.

The villagers were quite confused by her actions.

Just after she moved away from that place, a light gray colored smoke filled the place where she and the villagers were standing.

Even though she had moved away from that place, the mortal villagers couldn't do so in time and the entire group was covered by the light gray coloured smoke.

Ash hurriedly went to the place the smoke had covered but he didn't go inside.

He waited for the smoke to die down so that he can know what happened to the people. Why they are not coming out of the smoke?

After the smoke was cleared, he saw that all the people were lying down without moving. Their body was a bit greyish.

Ashmus, who saw this was shocked and worried. He turned towards the lecherous man and asked angrily," what did you do with them? What was that gray coloured smoke?"

"Hahahaha.... That was a poison which can make someone fall unconscious instantly. And you don't have to worry about their lives, because its not a poison of death. But it will surely torture their mind for a long time." It was the Feminine person who had answered. He was laughing delighted.
