Howard stepped out of the place with his left hand holding a handkerchief, wiping the sword blade that had been stained with the filthy blood of Rick, one of the members of The Sun who died at Howard's hands.

Just as Howard was about to return, the cavalcade carrying King Edmund's carriages arrived at Castlebourne's front yard. Duke Athalaris stopped and bowed obediently to his king.

King Edmund stepped out of the carriage, walking alone without any company. He had just visited the market to check on the condition of food prices there, still not under control.

The man suddenly stopped his steps when he found Duke Howard in the front yard of Castlebourne. He walked up to Howard and asked if the middle-aged man was standing there to greet him or what.

"I did not expect you to welcome me here, Duke Howard," King Edmund said, halting his steps into the castle.

"It is a coincidence that I am here, Your Majesty," Howard stated.
