"It's not about thinking, it's certain!" Richard said without hesitation. "Here, the best means of self-defense is not identity, but strength."

As Richard said, strength is the crucial factor. In the apocalypse, any promises pale in comparison to strength. Clark followed Richard, and the siblings Daniel and Ava set off. The four of them rode in an airship, keeping a low profile.

"Didn't they say Sky City never deals with other forces?" Clark was puzzled. The place Richard was taking him to surely didn't belong to Brian's faction, which contradicted the rumors.
