“Good day, Mrs Kilias.”

The next morning.

Theo got up and started getting dressed, causing rustling sounds that woke Iris up. Theo looked at her, feeling a bit embarrassed, "Did I wake you?"

"I'm a light sleeper. Not your fault," Iris replied, still half asleep, her voice soft and gentle, like a cute cat.

"Then why didn't you wake up the previous two times I got up?" Theo couldn't resist bringing up those two nights.

"Hmm," Iris murmured unhappily.

Theo smiled and sat down by the bed. He leaned in and planted a gentle good morning kiss on her.

He tenderly told her, "Get some more rest. You can come to the stadium earlier tonight."

Iris mumbled a response in her groggy state and drifted back to sleep.

Satisfied, Theo left the villa. He had never felt so secure and content. It was a kind of steady happiness.

His respected coach, Paul, had lifted Theo from obscurity to the first eleven and witnessed his rise to international stardom.
