A Tour of MH

Not even the soft knock on the door of the holding room was enough to break the staring contest between Lucien and Caleb.

"Enter," grunted Caleb, refusing to look away from the wolf. The wolves had an inflated sense of importance in the shifter world, mostly brought about by humans who didn't know any better.

Then again, he was more than a little happy that there weren't any dragon shifters in the world, but he had to give the humans points for their creativity.

But the wolves took those stories as gospel and thought that they ruled everything beyond the curtain. And Caleb wasn't willing to put up with it. It was no longer the 1800s when might made right, now brains counted just as much as brawn, if not more.
