"I found her," said Caleb the second he entered the private mansion. With Raphael in such a weakened state, the others had decided to move to a more secure location so some idiot wouldn't attempt to challenge him for dominance.

 

It didn't matter to Caleb either way. It wasn't like he was in either location long enough to move it, but at least here, he didn't need to worry about outsiders overhearing their conversations.

 

"What?" shouted Lucien, jumping to his feet, his glass of whiskey discarded on the floor. "Where is she? Why are you here? Go get her! Wait, wait for me. I'll go with you."

 

Caleb rolled his eyes as Lucien stalked toward him, his eyes flashing bright red as his wolf rose to the surface. "If it was that easy, would I have really bothered to come back here without her?" he asked, looking around the room at the other two wolves.
