chapter 5

Thursday 3:15 pm

"Finally", I said, I can leave this place. I have been here for four days. The only bad thing about this is that I still have to wear a cast on my arm. But I won't have to wear it for long. I will only have to wear it for two days. But when I'm done I'm going to find this killer and end this once and for all. But the weird thing is that there hasn't been any murders since the massacre on Tuesday. I wonder what has been going on. It doesn't matter, all that matters is that I do fully stop it. "Hey are you feeling alright Sarah"?, Cassidy asked. "Yea I'm just a little tired", I said. "Well I'm just going to drop you off at your house and then head to my coding class". "Wait" I said, "you're doing a coding class"? I asked. "Yea I started doing it when you were in the hospital, I decided to sign up and try it", she said, "but I also did it to keep my mind off of what has been going on and what happened to you". "That's cool" I said, "how has it been going"? "It's been going good" she said excitedly, "I got put into their highest class in the school, they haven't seen someone as good as me in awhile". "Wow" I said, "well that's something". "I know it really is something," she said. "Well we are here" she said, pulling up to the house. "Do you need any help"? She asked. "It's my arm that has the cast, not my leg. I'll be fine", I said. "Ok I hope so" she said worryingly. I got out of the car, closed the door and headed inside of my house. When I got inside I went straight to my room layed down on my bed and went to sleep.
