Chapter 74: The Rising Dancefloor

The wolves had all submitted to Darius, and swore they would do everything in their power to deliver the wolves in cohoots with the Zeifong pack.

But Darius gave them two days.

We're back at the hotel now, where I lay solemnly, still feeling broken inside.

But I don't believe this to be a bad thing, my vision is once again clear.

I need to get my priorities straight.

At least I'm on the right track concerning Darius' feelings.

I just have to keep at this, I have to walk across this tightrope, without falling.

When he falls for me, it'll be his downfall.

I try to sleep, but the sweet release of slumber refuses to grace me this night.

I'm restless, I want to speak with Elias, but even if I could, Darius is laying right beside me.

I force my lids close, and after what seemed like an eternity, I dose off.
