Chapter 131: Monster Over Knights

By the time we make it to the end, the day had already drawn to a close and the wolves retired for the night.

Or rather, it was mostly the Lunas that partook in the Clawing that urged their Alphas to turn in for the night.

I too have found myself terribly tired, but we still have a long way back to our cabin.

I sigh.

Wish Celine or Malcom were here, they'd have carried me back.

I turn to Kysilius, wondering for a split second before slapping myself across the face.

Probably when hell freezes over.

We make it to our cabin after what felt like an eternity.

By the time we head inside, my feet cries out in pain and I could not have rested on the sofas quick enough.

Kysilius had left, and found some room where he turned in.

I on the other hand, did not want to leave the sofa, as I found myself too tired to do so.

But, despite the world of exhaustion, I didn't want to be here.
