It felt as though the sun had imploded, with me right in the middle of it.
After I had spent what seemed like a good hour or so crying on Darius, it all went dark.
I still heard voices, their voices.
"Let's go." Darius said.
I saw him, for a split second, felt him for a split second, carrying me in his arms, before the darkness returned.
But, as opposed to being afraid in this darkness, I felt…safe.
Another split second of light came, and I found myself in a small room, I could tell it was in the ship, most especially by the bouyant sway of the bed.
The last thing I saw before the dark returned was Darius, seated on a chair beside my bed, asleep.
How long has he been there?
My questions don't get answered before the darkness had returned.
A darkness ensued by the incredible lack of energy of my entire being.
Whatever it was I saw in…that place, it scared me half to death.
