The Genius In The Swordsman Field

The pace of this kind of knockout competition was very fast. Half of the team was knockouted after the first round. Soon it was Hope Peak's turn again. The opponent was a team from Gunma County, consisting of three third-year students, one second-year student and one first-year student, whose team structure was specially for trainning the team.

After the two sides saluted, forward Haruna limped onto the field. Haruka looked at her strangely, "What happened to her foot?"

Kazuya didn't answer. Damn it, she is really so mentally retarded that she recited my words for more than twenty minutes until she was really lame. I have never seen anyone with such a low IQ before!

The referees were also confused. They were still very impressed by Haruna, a player who rode on her opponent in the first round. They suspected that she was injured in the last round. However, it wasn't a foul to fight with injuries, and winning or losing was a matter for both teams. After asking some questions , they ignored her strange condition.

Kanae also came over and asked: "What happened to Haruna's foot? Was it injured just now?"

Kazuya shook his head: "Her feet are fine, but there is something wrong with her brain..." This is really weird. She has eaten so much, but all the nutrients are used to grow the body?

After the game started, Haruna stood on the field motionlessly, and the opponent also noticed that she came up with a limp. She really thought that she was unable to move, so she went around to her flank and launched an attack.

Haruna turned around to face her, swung her bamboo sword suddenly, which almost knocked away the bamboo sword that was coming from the opposite side. Then she shouted and slashed the opponent's face with a backhand. The opponent was beaten and took a few steps back, while she limped away towards the corner of the arena. After escaping for three or four steps, she looked at the opponent warily with her sword in hand.

"The red side gets one point!" This time there was nothing wrong, Haruna attacked effectively the other party when shouting, so three referees raised the flag, and Haruna walked back to the starting line.

The opponent thought that the tactics just now were fine, so she made a bigger circle this time, while Haruna limped around in a small circle to face her. The opponent seized the opportunity of her unstable body and rushed forward, trying to destroy Haruna's balance with slashes and collisions, but when she was blocked, it was as if she hit a wall. Instead, she lost her balance and Haruna instinctively reattacked. She shouted again and stabbed her opponent directly.

The three referees declared her the winner in unison, but she still limped to a corner of the arena. The whole audience was stunned, Kanae said in surprise: "What's going on?"

Kazuya didn't know what to say. Should he say that Haruna was really an idiot or that she was simple-minded? Or maybe she was worthy of being a genius who still came in last place in the exam with two excellent tutors?

Can you stop trying to grow breasts but grow some brains?

Haruka felt embarrassed and said quickly: "Captain, don't worry. Even if something goes wrong with Haruna, I will win others."

Kanae nodded silently. She still had confidence in Haruka. She found that Haruka seemed to be stronger and had higher expectations for this competition!

But to everyone's surprise, Hope Peak's forward Haruna Sakura limped along like this, defeating the opponent's forward first, then defeating their secondary forward, taking down the opponent's backbone, quadruple-killing the opponent's deputy.

The opponent's general wanted to waste time and send her out, but Haruna was walking very fast even though she was limping. She chased her closely and forced her out of a "negative attitude" foul. But once she turned around to want to challenge her, she was hit by Haruna and directly lost the game.

The No.9 field had completely become the focus of the first day of the Gyokuryuu Competition. Two-thirds of the reporters gathered around this area, and Haruna also became the first player in the women's group to win the "Five-person Combativity Award".

The audience stood up and applauded her, paying tribute to her tenacity in fighting five people even with injuries. However, their tribute was a bit premature.

The third round started, and Haruna was still the forward. When the opponent attacked her first, she stopped there quietly to defend and counterattack. If the opponent couldn't come over, she limped to chase. Moreover, she had quick reactions and natural anticipation. She had extremely strong judgment ability, and her shots could often have the effect of attacking first. She also had beast-like intuition and never fell into any traps. She had knocked away the opponent's bamboo several times with her strength. And she was still obedient. After one hit, she started retreating regardless of it...

So she won the first "Ten-person Combativity Award" in this year's Gyokuryuu Competition women's group.

Everyone on Hope Peak's side was stunned. Even Haruka didn't expect Haruna to be so good on the field, and Kazuya touched his nose and was speechless. In the past, Naotaka Sakura was not surprised that he could defeat Haruka, but he was very curious that he could defeat Haruna. Haruna was really talented, and she was the kind of natural swordsman. Besides, she was carefully taught by Naotaka for more than ten years.

She wasn't born in the right time when swordsmanship was in decline. She wasn't born with the right gender and was a beautiful and lovely girl. Otherwise, she should be qualified to chanllenge the Sword Master as long as she could survive the actual combat training.

To be honest, after Kazuya competed with Haruna once, he didn't want to fight her again. This girl was really difficult to deal with. Even now, Kazuya had professional-level strength. If he didsn't activate his skills, such as [Anticipation], he might be beaten by Haruna's wild boar-like attack-for-attack attack without even using a few moves.

With excellent talent, professional guidance and hard training, Haruna haD all the prerequisites for success. In the past, no one noticed that she just needed an opportunity. Gold will shine sooner or later. She was always silly and happy, and acted like a child. No one thought about it that she really started to shine and she could be so dazzling.

Haruna's energy was extremely enough. After fighting ten people in a row, just a thin layer of sweat broke out on her head and her two rabbits stuck together. She wanted to fan some wind into her kendo clothes but Haruka stopped her. However, Haruka didn't hit her this time.

Now their match had really attracted the attention of the whole audience. Haruna was given a continuous close-up on the big screen. Her innocent and pure face was revealed after taking off the visor, and the whole audience was amazed again. The reporters seemed to be also stunned and went crazy to build a living wall of people with cameras on the side of the field, some of who even affected the game. The patrol referee team had to be dispatched to disperse them.

There were a total of five matches for each team in the first night, which were enough to determine the top sixteen and enter the final round. Tomorrow was one and another single game for the audience to watch carefully.

Haruna just played like this and achieved twenty kill. She defeated four teams alone and ended the game in the No.9 field early. The whole audience was in a commotion, and the applause sounded like thunder, as if witnessing the birth of a legend.

Haruka was stunned on the player seats. She only played two games after a month of special training, while her sister finished all the rest. Kanae was so excited that she shed tears as she hugged Haruna who just left the stage.

Shin in the audience was also dizzy. Isn't this script wrong? Don't I invite Kazuya to win the "Combativity Award"? I have indeed thought about this situation, but it should happen to Kazuya, right? Why does Haruna get it now?

"I'm hungry. I also want to take a good bath!" Haruna didn't think it was a big deal to win twenty people in a row. She just felt hungry and her body was sticky and uncomfortable.

Her opponents were all girls, so she thought it was normal for her to win. She usually played with boys and didn't like this kind of sports competition with many rules and lack of enthusiasm. She had to be careful when fighting and avoid to hurt her opponent. But the fight with Kazuya was really exciting, which was really a life and death experience.

Kazuya and Kanae led everyone to return to the hotel. The reporters were very enthusiastic and really wanted to interview Haruna. However, there was a game tomorrow and they should go back and have a good rest. It was obviously not a good choice to let Haruna be harassed, so they escaped directly through the player channel.
