Roger had made some money and bought more farms and animal farms. He had hired many employees and he will personally go there and let the animals and plants speed up. He would then let the employees collect the products and let them be processed. He let the managers sell the items at the fixed price and they were given 10% of the proceedings. It was much better in this manner.
A year had passed and he had more than 20 food processing factories including the dairy factory, rubber factory, grain factory, biscuit factory and meat processing factory. The made more than 500 million a year and had to pay around 70 million to the employees and 100 million as taxes. He had a total of 800 million per month from other sources and he made more than 1.13 billion per month. His money did make him one of the richest men of this country and he decided to expand more.
He also decided to release more items including anti-virus, operating system, programming languages and full support items, games and other software. He decided to increase the money and power he had. He decided not to venture into that field but to make more money. The technologies were exchanged with companies for shares and authorities. His main idea was to enrich the resources. He used all his money to buy more land and increase the number of food processing factories he had. He was going to have a say in the manner.
He did not want to face the troubles of being the capitalist and donated 30% of the food generated to the poor and needy. He wanted to control more people and he did not have such a spell. Many had already known about his power but they did not take actions as they did not have a reason to. Roger decided to give them a warning and flew in front of satellite and attacked the moon and made a crater on the moon. It should hold them back for now.
Roger needed many more strong people and he gave the people under him gift of power to use the power of ten times speed of type 2 temporarily which could be taken back any time when needed. Although they had to work ten times longer in the factory, they had more time and money to spend outside than normal people. He also decided to create geniuses. Although he could not grant things like permanent memory, the power to increase their consciousness only was very much useful to many who dabbled in the field related to knowledge. He decided to start with sponsoring children who are mature and can understand the choices in life and will be paying for them and letting them have ten times speed for their mind only. The stamina would ensure that their mind is never tired and is provided with enough energy. Roger had to take over the world slowly.
Roger bought more farms as he wanted more control. The more he had the better it was. He started seeping into the research field and also got many researchers under him for the gift of 10 times the speed for consciousness and helped them by giving them studies that was not on this planet. It was interesting to see them like that. He let them publish the studies under their name and let them have more status. Some were in national institutes and some were in universities. They were secretly helped and he let them have more power and status. They could not disobey him as he had put the condition on the bullet he released, to automatically attack them when they betrayed him. Roger later increased the ten times speed for consciousness to 100 times as they were normal when compared to ordinary people and it was better to let them have more advantage. He also selected more famous people to have more control over the society like the chess players, the fashion designers, the company executives and gave them 100 times of type 3 (only increasing the speed of consciousness, strengthens memory). Roger started finding the people and recruiting the strong ones. The type 3 was useful for hidden people and he also gave this power to many bearcats. The lawyers were the happiest as they liked the type 3 more as they could think better when they had to fight in the court.
Roger's layout had begun and he was ready to start to take over the country. He had to stand in elections and become an MSA (Member of State Assembly). He could let other MSA support him to become the governor of the state. He just had to use his money and power to make the state better and try to become the president. The nation would indeed become stronger naturally due to him.
Roger decided to start with the election. He had to make a name for himself and decided to not join any party for now. He started donating for the roads and other buildings. He used his shares in the company to create a lot of events where the people could get more items. The offers were good and they could get more items and with his power, he will be remembered.
Roger walked to the office of the election commission and registered his name as the candidate for the MSA of the constituency. Roger started spreading his name as the candidate and he put his name in the television channels and in the newspapers. He also asked many people who were well known to speak up for him. He had many powers and getting people to be under him was one. He took the cops and government officials of the district under him with gifting them type 3 power and he also helped them with power. He got many people under him like the principals, the managers, the religious leaders and he had a very good buff in terms of popularity. He just had to wait for a long time before he gets the position. It did not take much time before he won the position and he was happy.
He had to give some benefits to other MSAs and he got the position of the governor. He started using his power to help his state become stronger. Roger started using items to elevate the poverty of the state and started creating a large number of jobs. He started rebuilding all the roads and state monuments. He also increased the salary of all the state level employees and made sure that there is not corruption. More than 80% had accepted his offer and became his subordinate and the whole state was under his control. He started issuing orders to let them work harder. A state level enterprise was created and the food was being exported. He did not send it to other states but sent it to the international market. He also got many petroleum and mineral resources and started selling them. He had all the profit and he used it on the state as if he was donating the money.
All the schools were made free of charge with Roger giving them the money instead of the people who used the service and so was for the health service and public services. Roger also started teaching increasing literacy rate so that they will start invading the central government positions and started increasing the status of the people of the state Brog. The Brogans were stronger and they were more accepted in other places. The strong was not only in pure strength but also in the case of occupations. Roger had started an invasion on the world.
Many had seen the rising power but they could not block Roger using pure strength and they could not life the table as Roger was stronger when the table was lift. Many of them blocked the Brogans and many of them started increasing the custom taxes. Roger laughed and decided to play the game of isolation. He started letting his subordinates keep publishing the scientific results and started selling the best items. He started releasing better items and he did not allow it to follow out of the state. He released a lot of medicines targeting the diseases of cancer, tuberculosis and other diseases.
The other strong people could not fight against the charm of the items he released and they could only fight try to come to him their hands bowed. Roger did not care about them and did not allow them to enter his land. The residence of the governor had become better and the sci-fi look was easily even by the uneducated. They had no choice but to let them drop the taxes and they could only buy the items. He did not sell them the food and started only selling the resources he had within the country at a very low cost. The excess money he had to outflow as if he did not do so, the country might collapse due to economy not circulating. Roger decided to use it based on achievement and created a tower of achievement.
The people with achievements would be given a certain amount of money per month and the basic achievement started from being able to read and write to different decrees and possessing different skills and knowledges. He was changing the society from a resource based society that worked on the resource to a skill based society where the ones with skills would be provided for.
