It’s a time of misery and death for most, however, there are some who are lucky. Zane Graves, who came across a “Blood Crystal” is given an ability: [Dead Man Walking]—which grants him a special power, and so setting him off on his path to the top!

For a while, Zane completely ignored Madison. There was shit to do after all. Food to cook, decorations to put up, et cetera. If Madison wanted her birthday cake on time, and the cheesy party decorations which were looted from a local party store set up around the bunker, then her little tantrum over being embarrassed by how skimpy her armor was needed to be ignored.

This only further caused the young woman to pout, as she realized Zane was not coming to console her. And was instead hanging out with the other girls, like he so often did. Little did she know, Zane was going through the effort to make sure her birthday was the best it could be, considering they were all quite literally living in the end of days.

While Zane and the girls ensured that everything was ready for Madison on her big day. The girl herself examined her armor more thoroughly. Not only did she pay attention to the stats that made her significantly more powerful in the field.
