The Result of the Treatment

Jordan was fuming when he heard Arias’ remark. The young man did not have to outright say it for Jordan to know that he was being compared to a dog. Like a kettle that had been left to cool but was suddenly heated up again, Jordan, who had begun to calm, was now boiling with anger, not unlike the boiling water in that kettle. He really wished he could just strangle Arias to death.

“Heh! Still acting like a smart mouth, aren’t you? I hope that you’re as good at making elixirs as you are at talking.”

Jordan spat out. Even as he spoke, the man was still exuding his pressure and making it difficult for Arias to breathe, though it was only for a while before the pressure disappeared.

“I’m not going to say if I’m a good or a bad potion-brewer, but let me give you some advice instead. I think you should go ahead and find a dimensional ring, and then put all those six Diamond Coins and two swords into it because I’m definitely winning this bet.”
