The Assassin Order’s Attitude

At the moment, aside from Olivia and Arias, there was no one else left in the cave that used to be the blood bear’s lair. The thieves had all gone back according to Berton’s order, with one corpse left behind in front of the cave’s entrance. It looked like this one had been the slowest, so they automatically became the victim of Berton’s wrath.

“Arias, do you really think you can trust him?”

Olivia asked worriedly. She could clearly tell that Berton was a dishonest person, and most importantly, the man was the leader of the bandits. The promise of bandits was no different from words written in the air; it was empty and could not be trusted. No matter how she looked at it, Olivia still thought that Berton was untrustworthy. She believed that if he survived, he would definitely come back with more people to take revenge or escape and not follow Arias’ order.

“There’s no way he would dare betray me. Especially since he’s the type who fears death.”
