Chapter 27-Resolution

Ren slowly begins to stir, and his eyes gradually open. He feels a vague sense of confusion and vertigo, before realizing where he is. He looks around, taking in his surroundings, as his mind adjusts to his new situation. Ren feels a gentle hand on his forehead and turns to see Lisa sitting by his side. He looks at her with confusion, not fully understanding what is happening at first. She smiles at him reassuringly, and says, "You're safe now, everything's going to be fine." "What happened? Where am I? Why is everything dark? What time is it?" Ren asks, his voice weak and hoarse, full of the confusion and exhaustion from the long battle with Akuma. Lisa smiles and squeezes his hand, offering him some comfort. "You're in the fortress, and it's early morning. You were badly wounded, but you've been healed, and you're safe now. Everything is going to be okay." Ren takes a few deep breaths, feeling a sense of relief and peace. As he takes in Lisa's words, his eyes slowly begin to regain their color and brightness. "I feel...tired," he says with a yawn, his voice still weak and hoarse. "That's the aftereffects of the fight. You might feel a bit lethargic for a while, but you'll be back to normal in no time, I promise." Lisa offers a comforting and reassuring smile, trying to keep the tone light and soothing. "I see...Thank you, Lisa," Ren says meekly, his voice still tired but carrying a bit more strength than before. He gives her hand a gentle squeeze, signaling an appreciation of her concern for his wellbeing. With that, he falls back into a peaceful sleep, his mind and body returning to their natural recovery process.

A few weeks after later, the world outside is still feeling shocked and awe at the televised battle between the rogues and Akuma. People are in disbelief at the sight of the fierce battle, and the power and scale of it all. Many are feeling awe at the sheer force and power that Akuma wielded, and how it was only narrowly defeated. People are also feeling relief that the rogue's victory ultimately saved them from the same fate. Now that the battle has concluded, public attitudes toward the rogues have drastically altered, as more and more people recognize their acts of heroism. While they still carry the stigma of being a criminal organization, they are seen as a force for good as they have fought again and again to stop the corruption. Their selfless actions in dealing with the corrupted heroes have earned the public's appreciation and respect. Despite their heroic efforts, some people still hold onto their prejudices and beliefs that the rogue syndicate is a villainous organization. They may have taken down the corrupted heroes, but they're still known as criminals and enemies of justice in their minds. Even for those who hold these beliefs, there is still a growing sense of optimism as this is the first time in a long while the public feeling has turned towards the rogues in such a positive way. However, some are still weary, and the rogue's actions will continue to be watched closely in the future, for better or worse.

One of the groups staying wary of the rogues is, of course, the hero organizations. While many of them have been dismantled or are in the process of rebuilding after the corruption of Akuma, there are still several that survive and are keeping tabs on the rogue's actions. They are unwilling to give up their ideals and methods so easily and feel they must remain vigilant against the rogues and other potential threats. Despite Akuma's death, there are still many corrupted old generation heroes alive, and they are worried that the rogues might turn their attention to them next as they feel they might still be corrupt and unworthy. Additionally, there are many more that are still corrupt despite Akuma's defeat. They continue their vile actions and commit heinous crimes in the shadows, and they worry that one day their actions may once again come to light. This is especially the case for those who were able to hold onto their influence and power despite being removed from their positions. They remain wary and concerned, waiting for their next opportunity to reassert themselves. Corruption is at its all-time high, as many of the old generation heroes have decided to make a team of sorts in order to work together for a common cause: to end the rogue syndicate once and for all. Of course, this news is being kept secret for now, but the rogues are bound to hear of it if it continues to gain momentum.

The new generation of true heroes, led by Kiyoshi, of the Hero Renaissance is also being forced to protect the old generation heroes. It would look very bad in front of the public if the rogues began hunting the old heroes once again, and it could damage the heroes' own reputation and cause a public outcry. The new generation is being forced to protect the old generation, despite wanting to move beyond them and leave them to their own devices. They see they must continue to keep them safe in order to protect the image of the heroes, so that a repeat of the past does not occur. However, despite being forced to protect the old generation heroes, many from the new generation feel they should focus on their own ideals and aspirations, and not be dragged down by the old-fashioned ideas and methods of their predecessors. They see a chance to reform the system, but the old generation of heroes is clinging to their traditions and beliefs, holding them back from making drastic changes. This includes Kiyoshi as he tries to balance the old and new beliefs within the Hero Renaissance. He feels that it is critical for their organization to keep the tradition and ideals of the old generation alive, but also wants to implement new ways of thinking and acting upon the world. This conflict leads to friction within the organization, as some members feel that the hero renaissance should be kept strictly "old," while others believe that they should be moving towards the "new" way of heroes. Kiyoshi's attempts to hold both ideas together are met with resistance and conflicting opinions.

On the other hand, the rogue syndicate is currently thriving and celebrating their past victories. Their plans have succeeded, and they feel confident and excited about the future. The rogue members are enjoying a rare chance to relax and take some time to savor the success, feeling proud of their accomplishments and relishing the feeling of having fought for a good cause. The air is filled with a positive, exciting atmosphere, and they all seem to be on cloud nine after such a long and grueling battle against Akuma. Despite the celebrations and celebratory atmosphere, Ren seems to be in a different state of mind. He can't stop thinking about Akuma's words, about how he brutally described how each and every one of his family members died. He spends most of his days with Kazuto, who is still not showing signs of waking up from his coma. Aliana has been helping him with therapy sessions, but Lisa has been his main support system throughout this difficult time. The two have grown much closer over the past few weeks as Ren leans on her for comfort and support. Ren's mental state is one of a mix of depression and grief. His mood ranges from moments of despair where he feels overwhelmed and heartbroken, to times of emptiness and numbness where he just seems to shut down and withdraw emotionally. At times he tries to distract himself, but the feelings always seem to come back to him. It seems like a never-ending cycle of pain and mourning.

Ren's mental state has changed since becoming a villain. He used to be a bright-eyed hero with a cheerful smile, full of hopefulness and optimism, but slowly that side of him is being replaced with a numb, detached, distant persona that is constantly down and cold. His emotions have become muted and muted, and he finds it difficult to express himself. The only moments when Ren seems to come close to his past self is when he is with Lisa, as he finds her comforting and reassuring. However, It is only during intense training that he seems to feel truly alive. He fights to become stronger, stronger than ever before, as part of his plan to rid the world of corruption and make it a better place. The intense emotions and adrenaline-pumping battle gives him a thrill and excitement that makes him feel like his old self. In these moments, his mind becomes clear and focused, and he becomes the fierce and passionate person he used to be. This is what gets Ren out of his depressive state at least for a brief time, even though his feelings do not fully return. This is only a temporary solution though, and Ren's emotional state always seems to go back to his numb and detached persona after a short while. It's a vicious cycle of depression and grief that he keeps struggling to break out of. Lisa tries to help, but her efforts only go so far. Lisa's efforts to help Ren come to a complete recovery are admirable, but there are limits to what she can do. She is unable to completely pull Ren out of his depressive state, and they both have to keep struggling to try and find a lasting solution.

The Rogue Syndicate is back to its usual business after they finish celebrating their victory. Enma and Yumiko start making plans for the next step in ridding the world of the old generation heroes. Enma has an idea to track down the remaining members of the old generation hero organizations and start taking them down one by way. Yumiko supports this but offers a different tactic to approach this. She believes that they should get these heroes out in the open, rather than searching for them in secret. Enma prefers a more covert, discreet approach to taking down the old generation heroes. Yumiko believes that it would be more effective to lure them out in the open, so that they can be exposed to the public and dealt with openly. Ren sides with Yumiko on this one. She reasons that open and direct confrontation with the old generation heroes could help remove their influence and power, which would prevent any unnecessary violence and minimize collateral damage. Even though Ren sides with Yumiko's idea, he realizes that this plan is still difficult to put into action due to the existence of the Hero Renaissance. The Rogue Syndicate is willing to go to war with the old generation heroes in order to complete its plan, but they have no animosity towards the new generation heroes. The Rogue Syndicate's plan is an ongoing and evolving one, but they are prepared to face any obstacles that come their way, including the heroes Renaissance. The Rogue Syndicate does not want to fight them, but they recognize they might need to in order to accomplish their goals. At this stage, it is too early to say whether they will have to face off against one another, but both sides are ready for any possibility.

Enma's plan has its limitations in a situation like this, as the Rogue Syndicate would need direct action rather than covert. The only real option here is a war, as it would be extremely difficult to negotiate and/or avoid a conflict. Both sides feel their goals are incompatible, and this could result in a situation of an unavoidable battle. Therefore, the only way this problem can be resolved is by one faction defeating the other in an inevitable war. The Rogue Syndicate feels that their plans are incompatible with the heroes renaissance, and that such a war is inevitable. It's an impossible situation that will only be resolved by one faction prevailing. After the war between the Rogue Syndicate and the hero renaissance, their 30 yearlong dreams will finally be complete. The rogue syndicate's goal of purifying society and ridding the world of the old generation heroes will be achieved. And at that point, Ren will disband the rogue syndicate as he promised Akuma, with the vision of bringing peace to the world and ending the criminal activities of their organization. Once again, Ren is willing to make the ultimate sacrifice for justice and peace. So, it is decided, the war shall wage on. With this decision made, the battle between Ren and Kiyoshi's forces is certainly going to be one for the ages. Not only is there a clash of ideology and goals, but also a personal history between the two which adds an extra layer of emotional depth to the conflict. The two sides have already been at war for some time with various battles and skirmishes, but this will undoubtedly be the grand finale of such an epic saga.

Ren and Kiyoshi will fight each other with all their might and skill. The battle will be brutal and intense, with both sides wielding incredible power and determination. As the battle rages on, the outcome will determine the fate of Paradise City and the world as they know it. The stakes are high on both sides, which makes this battle one that cannot be missed. It is sure to be an unforgettable clash of epic proportions. As usual, Enma turns on his screen, tuning in to the broadcast which shows Ren speaking to the entirety of Paradise city. Ren speaks with a strong and resounding voice, and his words fill the air. "People of Paradise City, today marks a new era. Today we will lay to rest the old traditions and ideals that have plagued our society for so long. I, the Grim Reaper of the Rogue Syndicate, stand before you to declare my support for the eradication of the old generation heroes. They have been a blight upon our city and have caused endless suffering and pain. It is time for them to be held accountable for their crimes against our society and be cleansed out of the way. Today we take a stand against the darkness and corruption that has filled this city. Today we begin the process of eradicating the old heroes, so that I can create a better and brighter future. If any of the old heroes get in the way of my plans, I will not hesitate to destroy them completely. There is no more time for negotiation or patience. The day of judgement has come, and I am the one that will enforce it." He finishes the speech with the following statement:

"Do not be fooled by the image of the hero, I am no hero. I am a villain through and through, and I will do whatever it takes to realize my ambitions. I am not driven by altruism or anything of that sort, but by my own selfish desires to make the world a better place. I am unapologetic in my villainy, and I will not be stopped in my quest to rid this world of corruption." This statement sums up Ren's attitude and mentality throughout the speech. He has always admitted his villainous nature and has never tried to hide his ambitions. Now that he is the leader of the Rogue Syndicate, he has embraced his role as a villain and has made it clear that he sees his role as a necessary evil in order to create a better world. Ren's speech has been delivered with conviction and conviction. His words are full of determination and confidence. he has been honest about his nature and beliefs and has made himself the center of attention for the battle that is to come. It is clear that the war between the rogue syndicate and the old generation heroes is an inevitable clash of ideals and power. The reaction from Paradise city's citizens is a mix of shock, disbelief, and confusion. Many of them are unsure of what to make of Ren's powerful statement, as it is unlike anything they have heard before. Some of them feel scared and concerned, knowing that this battle will affect their city in a significant way. But at the same time, there are others who sympathize with Ren's vision and feel inspired by him There also seems to be a sense of admiration for Ren's boldness and lack of fear in taking action to make a change. Some of them even feel more confident in his ability to rid the city of corruption and create a better future.

It is clear that Ren's speech has a mix of reactions from both positive and negative perspectives, but in general it appears that there is a good amount of support for his message and the rogue syndicate's cause. The rogue syndicate is well-received by the people of Paradise city, who are sick and tired of the corruption and injustice that they have faced for so long. Though there are those who still support the old heroes and their ways, a large part of the populace is willing to make a change, feeling that the rogue syndicate and Ren's vision is a necessary one. There is definitely a feeling of enthusiasm for the rogue syndicate's cause. The citizens are glad that there is finally someone who is willing to stand up and fight for their rights and freedoms. The rogue syndicate's message and mission are greeted with cheers and applause. With Ren's speech, the seeds of war have been planted. His call to war and declaration that he stands against the old generation heroes will certainly set the city on a path towards an unavoidable conflict. The only question now is the time it will take before the seeds sprout, and the war begins in full. The rogue syndicate's movement has reached a new phase, as they begin to actively campaign for support and prepare for the war. The mood is tense and there is an awareness of the importance of what is about to happen, as the two sides are on a collision course. The question remains: who will win? The victory of the rogue syndicate would mean the end of the old generation heroes and their way of doing things, bringing a new era for Paradise city. On the other hand, Kiyoshi and the true heroes wish to protect and defend the city against the rogue syndicate and keep the old traditions intact. The struggle between the two sides is a true clash of ideals and philosophies, with only one side coming out the victor.
