While Cliff, a 27 year old young man, was visiting his grandparents, he was caught in what is called a "summoning" which took him to a forest infested with unknown creatures, he decided that in order to survive, he should be ready to brave all the dangers that would present to him, with his “drain” skill he would fight them to become stronger

The Lord’s Raids

"Huh!!? I'm alive?" I asked myself, I was so terrified that I didn't notice that I could move.

"Asshole, hurry up and help me" shouting like crazy, Lord Akumu was bent under pressure as he desperately tried to block the blows inflicted by the beast with his Odashi.

And I was just there watching him, just waiting to be killed?

Taking the plunge, I rushed towards him, I jumped while brandishing my ax, delivering a blow using almost all the strength I had left.

"Too weak, I'm too weak, it didn't even bite, even a little bit."

I heard a noise, a noise that I shouldn't have heard, a noise that shouldn't have resonated in this kind of situation, like bringing me back to the cruel and terrible reality, these clicking sounds echoed in my head like chants that described how fucked up I was.

I felt strong vibrations running through my arms, I even almost released my weapon, I wanted to run backwards to distance myself but well before I had time to move the large creature had grabbed me. by my arm and subsequently lift me bringing me closer to his muzzle which is both ugly and stinking.

"Am I going to be eaten?"  Like that ? Like a common piece of meat? Millions of thoughts were racing through my head.

With my other spare arm, I hammered his face, even though it wouldn't be enough to scratch him, I still wanted to stop him from tearing me apart with his sharp teeth.

The angry beast grabbed my weapon with its teeth, breaking it into several pieces under the force of its fangs, it let out a roar, making me shiver in terror.

"Lord Akuma what are you doing? Come help me!! " I shouted, not knowing what to do.

The beast had lifted me over its head and then flogged the ground with my body, I felt my skull shatter, my muscles, my bones, all my organs were crushed by force.

I felt like the world was spinning with me, or was it me spinning? I didn't know and I didn't have time to think about other things.

I just wanted someone to finish me off.

I didn't know if it was to tenderize my meat to make it more pleasant to eat?, I didn't know that too, the beast continued to manhandle me while I was already bathing in my blood.

A Roar even more frightening than that of my attacker was heard.

My attacker felt offended and threw me behind her like throwing away trash.

I was thrown behind the railing, bounced and then rolled to the side, ending up being held by a stone.

My body was in such bad shape that my mind no longer knew what pain to deal with.

The voice of the announcement whispered in my ear.

Fighting against the sleep that came upon me, I struggled to keep my eyes open, but I failed, as the world went dark.
