The group set off, their hurried steps echoing against the rocky walls. The air felt heavier, laden with a palpable tension. The tunnels stretched before them like a gaping maw, ready to swallow anything that dared venture inside.

Arkan, walking alongside Estia, glanced at her. "We still have no idea where their rallying point is. They could ambush us at every turn."

"And that's exactly why we need to keep moving," Estia retorted, her gaze fixed straight ahead. "Every second of hesitation is another chance for them to surround us."

Behind them, a soldier muttered, "These monsters… they seemed more organized than the ones we've faced so far. Someone must be commanding them to act this coordinated."
