Chapter Fifty-One

Raiven moved out of the way and moved over to Aiden. I stepped up to the door before it would open all the way. I looked at the guy standing behind it and glared at him. "So you think I'm a joke? I told everyone to be here in half an hour or they would be without a job. So why did you show up after that time limit?"

His face turned red. "My place is over 30 minutes away. I got here as fast as I could." He shrugged. "It's not like it really matters. Our head never shows up."

My expression turned dark. "Well you're wrong right there. I'm the head. I said you're fired so you're fired. Now get out of my sight."

I closed the door and locked it. I turned back toward the rest just as there were banging on the door. I sighed and pinched the bridge of my nose.

"Let me deal with him, boss." I looked up at the guy from earlier. I nodded. He may be able to send him away.

He walked over to the door and opened it. He stood in the way when Simon tried to get in. "Sorry Simon. It's over."

"What the hell, Brad. Let me in."

"No can do. The boss said no."

"The boss? The boss is never here."

"Well, he is today. You just met him."

"I did?"

"Yes Simon. He's the one that just talked to you. The one that told you to get out of his sight."

"Damn. I just messed up."

"Sorry to say but you messed up when you didn't get here on time. He's been here since before that."

"He was? Why did no one tell us he was coming in?"

I turned back at that. "Why do we have to tell you? You should have been here all along. Not off doing something else. You are getting paid to work and to work you have to be here. I'm going to go through all the hours everyone wasn't here and subtract the money from their pay."

Simon looked at me. "What about you? You're never here."

I sighed. "Unlike you, my contract let me work from home until now. Now leave. You don't work here anymore." I turned around and walked over to Raiven and Aiden. I leaned into Aiden's shoulder with Raiven rubbing my back. I let out a breath and began to relax.

Soon I heard the door close. I looked over at the guy from before. I guess his name was Brad if Simon was right.

"He's gone. I guess the introductions are in order." He sat down at his desk. "I'm Brad Thames. I'm the game designer. Alina Brock, the sound engineer." I looked over at the woman that Brad pointed out. She waved at me. I gave her a slight nod.

"Then Jack Bolin, the game programmer." I glanced at the guy. He was staring at his computer. What was he doing? Was he working or fooling around or even just sitting there?

"Jazin Rivers, the game level designer." When I looked at the woman she gave me a slight smile. I just nodded back at her.

"Trever Novac, the game tester." I looked at him and found him staring at me with a slight frown. I shrugged it off. If he didn't like me I don't care. He can deal with me or leave.

"That leaves you, the game producer. We do have some interns but I don't think I need to introduce you to them now."

I nodded. "Right. Thanks. I never did catch your names the past few years. Anyways. I'm Killian Borg. I know I look young but that is because I am. I'm 18. Just finished my first year of college."

"Don't tell anyone outside this department my real identity. They all know me as Killian Knight. They don't know I'm the CEO's son or that I'm Susurisen. I want to keep it that way for now." I said as I stared into their eyes. They gulped and nodded.

I smiled and then glanced at my mates. "These guys are my mates. Raiven Knight and Aiden Knoxx. If you don't know by their names, Raiven is the CEO of GoldFang and Aiden is the new CEO of the old Hellvener. They will be with me whenever I come into the office." I smirked. "And not because I'm an omega. I can take care of myself and they know it. We are just inseparable."

Everyone gasped and looked around at each other. It was uncommon for an omega to work, let alone in a huge company like this one and to add to that I have two powerful mates.

I waved my hand. "Yeah yeah. Omegas don't work. Yada yada yada." I stared into each of their eyes. "I am an omega and I've been working since I was 12. I've been developing games since I was 10. No need to worry about me. Yes I do have heats but my mates take care of that right away. I will always be in the office unless I have school."

Once I was done everyone let their shoulders sag and let out a relieved breath. Guess they were really worried about it.

I gave them a genuine smile. "Thanks for your concern but just treat me like anyone else. Now I do believe we have a project going on."

Everyone smiled and then turned toward their computers and got to work. Once they did I went to my office. Raiven, Aiden and dad followed. I sat down in my chair behind the desk while Raiven and Aiden sat on the sofa that was against the wall. Dad sat down in a chair in front of the desk.

I smiled at him. "Thanks dad. You helped me a lot today."

Dad smiled back. "No problem Son. You did well today. I stayed so I can see how you would deal with that situation."

I nodded. "I know and thanks. They now know not to mess with me."

Dad nodded. "Yes. That's what I wanted to see. Since you're in this job I don't want anyone walking over you. That's why I raised you an alpha. I wanted you to be able to take care of yourself and not have to rely on anyone."

I looked down. "Thanks dad. I wouldn't have been able to do it without that. Plus I knew you and my mates had my back no matter what."

"You got that right." Aiden piped in. We all laughed.

"Yes yes dear. We know how you feel." Raiven teased him.

Aiden turned red. "Umm. Don't mind me."

"Aww. Papi. I love you. You always brighten up any moment." I cooed at him.

His face turned redder. "Shut up. Get back to work." He scowled at me.

I laughed harder. "I am working. Even if I'm working I have to tease you whenever the time arises. Right Raiven?"

Raiven nodded and smirked. "Oh yes. Always."

Aiden pouted. "Leave me alone and get back to what you were doing."

I smirked and turned back to dad. "Sorry about that. Where were we?"

Dad smiled and waved his hand. "Don't worry about it. I'm glad you're happy."

I smiled. "I am. I'm glad I met them. They complete my life and it's only getting better."

Dad had a gentle expression. "I'm glad. I can finally stop worrying about you."

I nodded. "Yes. Now just watch me improve and live my life. I will always surprise you."

Dad smirked and nodded. "I have no doubt you will. You always have. You have always had me on my toes. Once I thought I figured you out you would do something that I was not expecting."

"Was that a good thing or bad?" I asked. I really hope I didn't put him in too much of a hard place while growing up.

Dad laughed. "Always good. No matter what, it was always good. Even when you got into trouble. I always knew it had a reason. That's why I never punished you too badly."

I laughed along with him. "Yeah. Even so I never looked forward to getting punished, even if I kept getting into trouble. After all, it wasn't always my fault."

Dad nodded. "I know. That's why I only punished you when it was your fault."
