Wanting Him Is Painful

Once the door opened, Minho peeked outside. There wasn't a single person in sight.

That would be his best chance at leaving Jae Hyun's room unnoticed. Neither Jae Hyun nor the guards would notice until he was back in his room.

After all, running was the only thing he did best in his entire life.

He would deny every bit of what went down between him and Jae Hyun until he convinced his brain. He would pretend until none of it was real.

As his bedroom door closed behind him, Minho's fingers found hairs at the back of his head and he pulled, but even that amount of pain couldn't drown the disgust he felt for himself.

The hours that followed were painfully long and uneventful. No one had stepped foot in his room, and he hoped nobody would come. The three showers he took didn't help one bit. He'd even tried to read, but every time he scuffled through the pages, his brain brought back the memories of the previous night.
