A Casual Conversation with Arshley

Leon was slightly startled and turned his head toward Arshley, who was sitting on the sofa. A soft, thin smile spread across his lips as he greeted her, "Are you awake? Why don't you sleep a little longer?"

Arshley adjusted her position and shook her head. "Thank you, Brother, but I've had enough sleep. My body feels full of energy now."

She raised her small right arm, as if showing off her nonexistent biceps.

Leon chuckled and gave a small nod. "Well then, just wait there for a bit. I'm almost done with this."

Arshley pursed her lips, about to say something, but decided against it.

Five minutes later, Leon placed the last document on the finished pile to his right.

Rising to his feet, he pushed the chair under the desk and walked over to a large table where tea and coffee were set out.

Casually, he prepared a cup of tea for Arshley and coffee for himself before bringing them to the long table in front of the sofa.
