The concept of Celestial Blessing was something that hadn't been made known to many of the worlds out there in the vast Dimensional Stream.

Normally, the blessings of a god only came to worlds that were on the brink of their ascendance.

There were worlds out there that had no need for the blessing of a god. They had already advanced to the point where divine power would be no different from the technology they possessed.

And there were also worlds that were not worthy of receiving a god's blessing.

They were so archaic and undeveloped that divine intervention would bring more destruction than progress.

That is why the gods had to carefully consider their actions before they even attempted to bestow their blessings upon any world in their Dimensional Stream.

A god's Dimensional Stream was their greatest treasure—the only thing they could truly boast about to other gods.
