Returning There

Avery Miller had braced herself for being taken to some secluded, gloomy house in the outskirts, where she might be killed, skinned, tortured, or abused.

However, the last place she expected to end up was here.

Stepping into Ethan Montgomery's villa once again, she felt a sense of loss.

She remembered Eleanor Thompson once mentioned that the young master only brought her here, but now that Natalie Green seemed to know this place, Avery realized she might not be his only one.

"Why bring me here?" she questioned.

Natalie Green exited the car, gesturing for the security to push Avery, who was bound by ropes, out of the vehicle.

Avery Miller, not wanting the guards to touch her, shrugged them off and walked by herself.

"Because this is a privilege Ethan Montgomery granted you. Since you've spent so many happy days here, it's time to forget all that happiness," Natalie Green declared.
