Going Shopping with Sisters

Beneath the female dormitory, there were hardly any people around, yet Avery Miller slipped out of her car like a thief in the night, swiftly avoiding any prying eyes as she made a beeline away from the conspicuous black Ferrari.

As she hunched over, scanning the area to ensure no one was passing by, Ethan Montgomery, clearly impatient, slammed on the accelerator and drove off.

Avery turned just in time to see the car disappearing into the distance.

What was meant to be a discreet exit now drew all eyes to her as the car left, making her feel as though she was being cut by invisible knives, the glances light but painfully sharp.

With her head bowed, she covered her flushed face and quickly walked towards the dormitory.

She had a class later that evening but was far from in the mood for it.
