A Little Romance

Having never easily approached him due to his unpredictable nature, she always maintained a cautious heart, constantly reminding herself not to fall hopelessly in love with him. 

Yet, in this moment, she found herself naturally making a gesture that seemed reserved only for those she deeply trusted.

"From now on... no matter what happens, always share with me. Whether you're going somewhere or meeting friends, send me a message, okay?" Ethan Montgomery softly gazed at Avery Miller, a gentle smile gracing his handsome face. 

"Yes, I will!"

"Let's get out and enjoy the lakeside view," Ethan suggested with a light laugh, opening the car door for Avery to step out. 

Upon exiting, the air was devoid of any heat, and not far ahead, construction lights flickered near a developmental site.
