"Yeah, the star of the show!" Avery smiled at her, knowing that in Sarah Wilson's absence, she took center stage. 

"Of course, I've been the lead for years!" she said with pride.

Avery teased her, "Hey, didn't you skip gym class? Why are you so scared of that creep? Could it be..." She looked at Jessica Wilson with a sly grin.

Jessica Wilson scoffed, lifting her chin in disdain. "Hmph, Avery, don't tell me you think I fell for him! Not at all. It's just that he's such a creep. Even though I didn't join the run, but... but my sister and I are twins, if she's exhausted, of course, I can feel it too!"

Avery was skeptical, "Twins can have telepathy? Even share sensations?"

Jessica tried to keep a straight face, insisting on her fib, "Absolutely, ah, you're not a twin, you wouldn't understand!"
